Westmount Multi-family Infill
Edmonton’s infill scene is alive and well! Our friends at Copperblock Capital have begun preparations for this spectacular new project just North of Downtown.
Westmount 122 is the newest purpose-built residential complex in prestigious Westmount. This 25-unit building features solar PV technology, a rainwater recycling system, a ‘living roof’, and will achieve LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
Working with The Developer
The Esposito Team has worked in partnership with Copperblock Capital to successfully complete a land assembly of multiple consecutive lots. The development is currently in the process of rezoning to one large RA7 site to complete the project.
