We are a senior couple in our seventies. It was time to downsize, how lucky we were to find Mirella, she guided us all the way, reassured us when we worried and took all the weight off our shoulders, she made it a good experience for us. In the summer, we decided we wanted to look into the idea of buying a rental property so we contacted Joe. We are so happy we had Joe as our realtor, but he truly was a mentor to us. We wanted to start small as this was our first experience in buying property for the purpose of renting, but this did not stop Joe from treating us like we were his top client. Mirella and Joe Esposito went above and beyond in helping us downsize. Through their tireless efforts we were able to both sell our home and find the perfect smaller home that we were unable to find on our own. We were able to purchase a home that was not finished, and they both worked on our behalf with the builder to get the finishes, flooring, cabinetry etc. that we chose. They worked tirelessly to sell our previous home, and were able to price it at a point where we were very satisfied. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did, Mirella and Joe would be the ONLY realtors we would contact . They each have unique talents that compliment each other so well that we can't say enough about our positive experience in dealing with them throughout the entire process.

We first met Sheldon at an open house he was handling. We had just begun thinking of downsizing and moving to a condo. Joe is an outstanding realtor. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. My husband and I called Joe out twice to list our condo and both times he was honest with us and told us that it was not financially a good idea for us to list. He was kind, honest and very professional and went against something that would help him because it would not benefit us as his clients. In November, I found a job somewhere else, but Edmonton. We new we will have to sell our Edmonton house as soon as possible. I searched the Internet for a realtor and I found Mirella Esposito's website. I liked the way the website looked and I called her. The rest is history. How lucky we were. Mirella explained us what she though was the present marketing value of our house in the first meeting. We were surprised; we did not expect to sale our house with the price somebody else recommended. I remember she said it is all about timing If you want to sell quickly, this is the price I recommend. If you are not in a hurry to sale, you can tell me the price you want in the market for the house to be sold. Thank you Mirella, you nailed it! I have never work with somebody so professional like Mirella. We listed the house and in less than one month it was sold. Wow! It was very clear to us that Mirella and Joe are a wonderful team; otherwise the final result would have been different.
