Like many young couples, my wife and I jumped in the adventure of home ownership with excitement but also nervousness. With a lot of questions and specific tastes for the purchase of our first place, friends referred us to Joe Esposito who guided us through our research and acquisition of our new home. Since the very first meeting, Joe answered our many questions with professionalism and enthusiasm. He always demonstrated patience in our decision process and had quick and precise answers to our questions. I lived in the same home for many years and decided that now was the time to sell it. I called the Joe and Mirella Esposito team for my Realtors. I was so happy when I met Joe and realized he was very professional and had so much knowledge of real estate. I also spoke to Mirella twice who helped me understand the real estate value of my home. Having never sold a property before, it would have been safe to say that I was quite unsure of how the entire process would play out. Luckily, I had Joe and Mirella to walk me through every step. The part I liked best about dealing with them was their crystal clear explanations of every question I had as well as how quickly they were in getting back to me. Whether it was email, text, or a quick phone call, they were very prompt in their replies and I never once felt out of the loop. At the end of the day, Mirella was actually able to get me more than I was expecting for my property and I couldn’t be happier. I am looking forward to the New Year when I will definitely be getting back in touch with Joe and Mirella to help me scout out the market and find my next home. Thanks again guys!

Sheldon was fantastic! We moved from BC to Alberta and had a heck of a time finding a place as we could only look for a couple of days then return. The market was hopping and we weren't able to land on the property we wanted while we were in AB but Sheldon toured us through some alternates virtually and we went with one of them and got it! A fantastic experience all around and we're thrilled with our new home. He took our concerns into consideration and answered all our dumb questions with kindness and thoroughness. Buying our first home initially seemed like a daunting task. We weren't sure of all the steps that needed to be taken to buy a house, but Joe helped us out from the start by explaining the house buying process. He worked with us closely and gave us very good contacts for mortgage brokers, home inspectors and lawyers. Our questions were always answered promptly and the answers we were given clearly demonstrated the experience that Joe has not only in buying and selling homes but also in maintaining houses and maximizing your investment in a house. Mirella always made us feel like we were her most important client, and that was a great feeling knowing someone genuinely is looking out for what is best for you and your family and honestly wants the best for your family. Mirella not only listened to what we wanted but also took an honest interest in our children's opinions and their thoughts. Very quickly she no longer felt like our real estate agent, she felt like a friend. Someone we trusted and relied on quite heavily at times. Mirella is one of those rare gems that goes above and beyond what is expected. Once the purchase was finalized, Mirella called to check in on us. What a lovely thing, to know that even though the sale was done, she was still there. And here we are a month later, we are all unpacked and settled in and we get a phone call from our dear Mirella, just wanting to check in and see how things are getting along, with the house, and the kids; genuine thoughtfulness. Chad and I were both first-time home buyers and were very apprehensive about the entire home-buying process. We had been looking at houses/listings for months on our own and had no luck. A friend recommended contacting their realtor for advice, which happened to be Joe. From the first conversation, Joe proved to be very knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful, and sincere. Joe always managed to work around our schedules to meet with us whenever we needed him to. Walking through a property with Joe is truly an eye opener. He knows where the value in the house is and points out the small details that may seem insignificant to the untrained eye. As first time real estate investors, it was great to have a realtor that took the time to show us numerous properties in our price range, indicate what type of rent we would likely get for that property, and what pit falls to avoid going forward. We have the highest opinions of Joe and Mirella Esposito after purchasing a property through them. From the very beginning, they made the effort to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for. They didn't ever make us feel like we were taking up or wasting their time, even when finding the right property began to take a little longer than I had initially hoped. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the property we bought and didn't pressure us to jump into anything. As we began the process of making an offer, they worked hard to ensure every detail was taken care of and were quite reassuring when we experienced stress over the condition removal period. We felt they went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were as prepared as we could be as we plan to rent out this property.We found them extremely courteous and friendly. We want to thank you so much for everything that you did during the entire process of selling our home. Before we had decided on which realtor would sell our home, we had a few come over & evaluate our home. The realtors that we had come through did not treat our property as OUR HOME but as a piece of inventory that needed to be moved quickly & therefore devalued the price of the home considerably and told us that they would continue to drop the price of the home so that it sold quickly; consumed with price and how fast they could sell it. Most did not care about the area that we lived in and the uniqueness of the neighbourhood. Meeting you was a wonderful experience and if we ever had to buy or sell a home again, it would be with you. You saw the entire & you listened to our concerns & we worked as a team & in the end we sold our home for close to list price, at the price we wanted.
