Sheldon was fantastic. We purchased our current condo through Sheldon a number of years ago. It's been one year since I found my home, and I am still very happy with my purchase because of Sheldon Casavant's help! Despite a very tight timeline to find and close on a home, purchasing my first home was stress-free, to say the least. Mirella recently helped us purchase a new home and sell our previous home and all we can say is WOW! First off, she was an excellent communicator and very responsive. It always felt like we were on the same page throughout the entire process. Mirella was a good listener and understood exactly what we were looking for. After meeting with a few other Realtors, the choice was clear to me who I should be choosing to represent me as a buyer. Mirella was accessible for any questions I had, and had a consistent habit of going above and beyond her role as my representative in providing me with the best contacts for many other steps in the home purchasing process, such as mortgage specialists, real estate law firms, and home inspectors. Sheldon Cassavant TRULY IS A MAGICIAN. Both onstage AND as a realtor. I had always dreamed of owning a home, and Sheldon helped make it a reality - PAINLESSLY! He understood quickly what we were REALLY looking for in our forever home and made sure to point out possible things of concern with homes we were viewing - he was educating as he went! Sheldon truly was with us every step of the way and negotiated like a champ (pretty sure he saved us an extra 5-10 grand). The Esposito Team approached selling our house with patience, compassion and full commitment, which was very important to us. My house sold in approximately 3 weeks in a depressed housing market, and they made our family feel like a true part of the process. They worked extremely hard in staging, photographing, and advertising my house. As a military member, getting posted is stressful enough on top of having to find a place to live fairly quickly. Aldo went above and beyond my expectations and made the home buying process the smoothest part of our entire move. We found a great house on the first day and after that, Aldo handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with how fast he responded to any questions we had and he always ensures he makes all the time you need when you need it. We have had a great experience working with Joe to find us our first home from beginning to end. It took around 4 months of searching for homes, going for many viewings, and a few unsuccessful offers before we found our ideal home. During this confusing and at times stressful process, he answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and put us at ease. He was always professional, patient and we never felt pressured.
