I just wanted to thank Mirella for assisting me with the sale of my condominium. I had listed it last year with another realtor and ended up taking it off the market due to the lack of offers. Two weeks after listing with Mirella I had an offer. With some negotiating I accepted the offer and through the conditions process Mirella was so professional dealing with myself and the other realtor. Her knowledge and expertise of the market and all aspects of selling a property are an asset to anyone looking for a realtor She was very helpful with market evaluations and has an eye for detail which showed in the photos she used to market and showcase my property. Mirella is great at communicating through the whole process regarding showings, feedback and gives guidance when needed. I so appreciate all the work you put into the sale of my condo and the quick sale was such a relief for me after trying to sell it for almost a year. Aldo Esposito was a fantastic host to us during our week long House Hunting Trip and not only sold us on a beautiful home in a neighbourhood that suited our style but also sold us on Edmonton and Alberta living. Aldo was extremely inviting, intelligent and knowledgable. House Hunting Trips can be stressful and with a 4 month old in tow, they tend to be even more stressful. Aldo made it fun and easy. His approach was efficient, effective and accommodating. Every day he went well above and beyond to make our lives as simple as possible. The end result was the perfect house was found quickly and we never missed a nap time! Truly thankful to have Aldo by our side through this process and would recommend his services to anyone in the Edmonton Area, coming or going.

We have the utmost respect and appreciation for our realtors, Mirella and Joe. Our first purchase with them was when we were transferring from Kelowna to Edmonton. We came into Edmonton for a short visit and viewed many homes. Mirella and Joe were very honest with us about each prospective home we viewed by pointing out positives and negatives based on our indicated needs. Many times, we hadn’t even thought about the negatives until they had brought them to our attention. That alone tells you that they are there for their clients, not for the quick sale. Since that sale we have used Mirella and Joe for other purchases, both personal and business related. They have surpassed our expectations of what a realtor can do for your purchasing and selling experiences. They do their research and are completely informed when working for you. While selling our property, they ensured that they would make contact with any realtor that came for a viewing to get feedback for us. If the realtor didn’t promptly return their calls, they continued to persist until they finally received a reply from them. I can’t say enough about this team of realtors! They are thorough, informative, attentive to detail, and excellent to deal with. They are trustworthy and respect the needs of their clients. Buying your first place is very scary, complicated and just overwhelming. Once we talked with Aldo all of our fears subsided. We could feel the passion he had for finding us, complete strangers, exactly what we wanted. He sacrificed a whole Saturday to tour us around many different houses all over the place. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable! He made the whole process simple for us. He is just a great person all around, we are so happy he helped us purchase our first home. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be our first call when we are looking again!

Sheldon went beyond our expectations. Because we were moving from BC, we were unable to be in Edmonton; although, we did come twice to look at houses. He was willing to communicate with us via Internet, Facebook and texting. The ease of this communication was outstanding; we never had to wait for a response. The two visits we made to Edmonton turned out to be fruitless (largely because the sale of our condo in Surrey was difficult). Nevertheless, Sheldon was willing to do virtual tours with us. By this point Sheldon new what we were looking for, specifically highlight certain features as he toured prospective homes based on the comments and questions he noticed we had made when we toured homes together in person. He truly listened to us and fully understood what we were looking for (perhaps better than we did!) For example, strange smells, bathtub size, sump pumps, wall size, quiet and friendly neighbourhoods. It turns out that the house we purchased was one which Sheldon toured with us virtually—the first time we saw it was when we finally arrived from BC, after purchasing it. And it's the perfect house for us. What impressed me most of all was that Sheldon took us under his wings and took care of us. He listened to our concerns and navigated us through the choppy waters of interprovincial real estate woes. I can't praise Sheldon enough for the care he gave us and his attention to detail. I will most certainly recommend him to anyone needing real estate service.

We just wanted to share our experience with both of these very sincere and genuine people. Well, a lot of people, and I, consider to be one of those who didn't have a lot of respect for realtors only because I had purchased a few homes before with nothing but pressure, lack of knowledge, and hurry up statements. They open a door and expect you to buy not really listening to your wants, price, location. My wife being a first time homebuyer, decided to find a realtor. All I could think was, great this will be painful- as it's not about customer satisfaction. It's about what goes into their pockets not my interests. So the very first showing of a house which my wife had picked out was beautiful but out of the price range and it was then we met Joe. We explained what it was we were looking for and within days he showed us homes with everything we were looking for but he also noticed several things that weren't up to code on the house that the listing realtor didn't even know. Man this guy is good! Joe is very outgoing and really persistent checking all details of house. When we decided to meet and write an offer, Joe was tied up so we met Mirella. Well this lady has so much knowledge and relentless energy ensuring that nothing was missed, or if we didn't understand something she would take the time and explain it to us. She even had a conversation with the bank because they were dragging things out and we may lose our deposit- we had a very sensitive time period. Well these two really make a difference out there in the Real Estate industry. Thanks to their team work, the purchasing of our home was painless for us. They did all the leg work. They also provided us with several contacts for lawyers & home inspectors. Wow! Really we can't thank them enough but rather write this experience for someone out there who is looking for real hard working realtors who get it done and look out in their clients best interest! Before we chose a Real Estate company in Edmonton to help us sell our home, I did some investigating on good old Google. I read every testimonial each site had looking for that one who we felt would understand that this is our home we are going to sell and the one who would understand how hard this was going to be for our whole family. Joe came to our home for the first meeting and I have to honestly say he felt like family, he got it. We were treated with so much respect and with one hundred percent professionalism from Joe and his wife Mirella who has an amazing eye for detail. It seems inadequate in only saying thank you for everything you did for us but THANK YOU and YAHOO, we sold the house!

A couple of months have now passed in my new home and I still can't find all the words to express my gratitude. Being a first time home buyer is not an easy process.
