Aldo is awesome to work with! This is our first home purchase and he made our experience so quick and easy. He was always there to answer any questions we had and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. We were able to find our dream home within our budget and in a matter of 3 weeks because he was prompt on getting things done. Give this guy a shout, you won’t regret it!

After a failed listing in 2019 with a different realtor, we saw the quick sale of a neighbours house that had been listed with The Esposito Team and after viewing their FB page we were immediately impressed with their social media platform and their superb marketing.When we decided to test the markets this year we contacted Aldo who came armed to our meeting with concrete market evaluations to help us come up with a listing price that was competitive but also left us feeling like we were getting fair market value for our house in a tough real estate market.Just 4 days after listing on our very first showing we received an offer which we accepted!Aldo was amazing throughout the process! Will definitely be using his services again as we move into searching for our perfect forever home!110% recommend!

We had a stellar experience buying our first home with our realtor Sheldon! As first time buyers, we came into the market feeling rather overwhelmed and flooded with fragmented and sometimes conflicting messages we got online. Sheldon helped us every step of the way with great expertise and equipped us with information necessary to make an informed decision. From the very first meeting on, he was always very prompt to address our concerns and answer our questions. During the negotiations with the developer, he made sure our wants and needs were heard and guided us through each counteroffer with pros and cons each laid out. We felt very supported along the way and knew that he had our best interest in mind. If you are buying a home, Sheldon is who you want on your side.
