I will highly recommend the Esposito Team, specifically Sheldon, to my friends and family. Sheldon was super professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. He noticed things I didn't and helped me make a great decision with my first home purchase. I had a limited amount of time to buy a condo in what became a pretty hot market in Edmonton. He was able to book us viewings pronto and was just a wealth of information about how they operate, what to look for and what to look out for. He was always quick to respond to texts and emails and really worked his butt off for me. Thanks for making this process super painless and helping me start this new chapter!

Aldo has been great to work with for the purchase of our first home! He was very helpful to explain the process and provided some great referrals for mortgage brokers/home inspectors/lawyers, who are used to dealing with military families and BGRS. Being new to the Edmonton area, it was great to work with someone who knows the city and surrounding areas well. He made the process an absolute breeze, 10/10 would recommend!

Mirella was our selling agent in Griesbach and I must say, she was born to be a realtor! I didn’t realize what I was missing out on after my first experience with a different realtor. It was pretty amazing to see Mirella in action - she is very professional and it is evident she works well with other realtors. She has a good sense for the real estate market and individualizes her approach to selling your house based on your unique situation. She works hard to try gleaning the best possible outcome. She also ensures you are aware of and educated on the situation every step of the way, whether you have real estate knowledge or not.
