Great service! Me and my wife where looking to buy our first home and coming out of province meant that time was precious. In short notice and restricted time Aldo was able to provide us a great list of houses to visit. He always had our well being in mind, and with his extensive knowledge he made sure that the houses fitted our criteria. Due to his hard work we were able to find our house very quickly and at a very good price! Amazing job, made the whole process very enjoyable and easy!

Aldo worked effectively for us, advising an effective list price, providing us with the contacts of companies who could help get an old house looking bright and new, and ensuring everything was ready to go on list day. We had multiple showings on the opening day, which drew 4 offers from the outset. Closed 13k over list, within a week of when the sign went up. Great effort from an excellent realtor.

We recently purchased a house with the help of Aldo, from the Esposito Team. We are military and moving from Europe, so it was important to have someone dedicated to us for the short time frame our house-hunting trip gives us to find the right house. Aldo managed to dedicate his time for us, sorted through our listings, weeding out the ones that were not worth our time, and adding some interesting ones in the process. In the end, we ended up purchasing a house that we had missed in our searches but that Aldo had added to our list. He drafted for us a solid offer, which helped us bring the sellers really close to our terms. Aldo was punctual, polite, asked the good questions and feedback to keep the hunt in line. But, most importantly, he did not harass us when the bank dragged their feet and our financing was taking a little longer than usual. He sat and waited for my updates, even as we were getting close to the deadline, unlike other realtors that I worked with in the past. This made me feel respected. And this is important in an already stressful situation. Oh, and, by the way, we did meet the deadline in the end. Thank you Aldo!

I have worked with other realtors previously and can truthfully say that working with Aldo was a completely different experience. We were in a time crunch to find a new home and Aldo made it a priority to always be available when we needed him. We had probably viewed close to 50 homes prior to making a purchase and he was there for every viewing, no questions asked. He answered all of our questions honestly and was good at “reading” situations. He was attentive and listened to everything we said during a showing - what we liked and what we didn’t. Long story short, Aldo showed us a home on paper which I didn’t even want to go see. I felt like it wasn’t for me and I was stuck in my bubble of comfort - I thought I knew what I wanted. Him, along with my husband, convinced me to at least go see it. Well, that is the home we ended up purchasing. If it wasn’t for Aldo, we wouldn’t be enjoying this perfect home. Highly recommend Aldo, as well as the rest of the team!
