Great service! Me and my wife where looking to buy our first home and coming out of province meant that time was precious. In short notice and restricted time Aldo was able to provide us a great list of houses to visit. He always had our well being in mind, and with his extensive knowledge he made sure that the houses fitted our criteria. Due to his hard work we were able to find our house very quickly and at a very good price! Amazing job, made the whole process very enjoyable and easy!

Aldo worked effectively for us, advising an effective list price, providing us with the contacts of companies who could help get an old house looking bright and new, and ensuring everything was ready to go on list day. We had multiple showings on the opening day, which drew 4 offers from the outset. Closed 13k over list, within a week of when the sign went up. Great effort from an excellent realtor.

We recently purchased a house with the help of Aldo, from the Esposito Team. We are military and moving from Europe, so it was important to have someone dedicated to us for the short time frame our house-hunting trip gives us to find the right house. Aldo managed to dedicate his time for us, sorted through our listings, weeding out the ones that were not worth our time, and adding some interesting ones in the process. In the end, we ended up purchasing a house that we had missed in our searches but that Aldo had added to our list. He drafted for us a solid offer, which helped us bring the sellers really close to our terms. Aldo was punctual, polite, asked the good questions and feedback to keep the hunt in line. But, most importantly, he did not harass us when the bank dragged their feet and our financing was taking a little longer than usual. He sat and waited for my updates, even as we were getting close to the deadline, unlike other realtors that I worked with in the past. This made me feel respected. And this is important in an already stressful situation. Oh, and, by the way, we did meet the deadline in the end. Thank you Aldo!

After meeting with a few other Realtors, the choice was clear to me who I should be choosing to represent me as a buyer. Mirella was accessible for any questions I had, and had a consistent habit of going above and beyond her role as my representative in providing me with the best contacts for many other steps in the home purchasing process, such as mortgage specialists, real estate law firms, and home inspectors. Any friends needing a realtor will be given her information, and any future needs of mine or my family will be offered to no one but her. Sheldon Cassavant TRULY IS A MAGICIAN. Both onstage AND as a realtor. I had always dreamed of owning a home, and Sheldon helped make it a reality - PAINLESSLY! He understood quickly what we were REALLY looking for in our forever home and made sure to point out possible things of concern with homes we were viewing - he was educating as he went! Sheldon truly was with us every step of the way and negotiated like a champ (pretty sure he saved us an extra 5-10 grand). The Esposito Team approached selling our house with patience, compassion and full commitment, which was very important to us. My house sold in approximately 3 weeks in a depressed housing market, and they made our family feel like a true part of the process. They worked extremely hard in staging, photographing, and advertising my house. They made themselves available 24 hours/day plus provided me with amazing support and we felt well respected throughout the process. As a military member, getting posted is stressful enough on top of having to find a place to live fairly quickly. Aldo went above and beyond my expectations and made the home buying process the smoothest part of our entire move. We found a great house on the first day and after that, Aldo handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with how fast he responded to any questions we had and he always ensures he makes all the time you need when you need it. Losing my father suddenly and helping my mother to downsize was no easy task. Mirella immediately put my Mom at ease with her genuine kindess, compassion and understanding. We have had a great experience working with Joe to find us our first home from beginning to end. It took around 4 months of searching for homes, going for many viewings, and a few unsuccessful offers before we found our ideal home. During this confusing and at times stressful process, he answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and put us at ease. He was always professional, patient and we never felt pressured. Mirella listed our home and had it sold above list price with 2 weeks! The negotiations on the sale went very smoothly. Her expertise in facilitating sales is amazing. We then shopped for a home and they went up and above their call of duty to accommodate showings and always came prepared with the latest sales stats on the neighborhood and details on the properties we looked at. They were very experienced, organized and skilled in making sure that we got the best deal possible on our new home. This was by far the best experience I have ever had working with a real estate professional.
