Joe was INCREDIBLE in negotiating the purchase of my brand new house! He is an expert negotiator and saved me $25,000 from the builder's list price AND got me a lakefront lot! As a first time buyer he made sure that the builder did not take advantage of me. Joe and Aldo were beyond helpful in representing me! Not only are they beyond knowledgeable and experienced, they're truly THE dream team to have in your corner as a first time home buyer.

We recently had the privilege of working with Aldo to purchase our home in Edmonton. Aldo definitely knows the real estate business. He was able to answer all of our questions, get any information that we needed and is a pleasure to work with. He understood our needs and provided helpful tips and he never pressured us. He is honest and reliable. He is familiar with CAF moves and the BGRS process which made our house hunting trip stress free and smooth. He had a plan and was ready when we arrived. I recommend Aldo and we will definitely use his services again if we decide to sell.

A friend gave us Aldo’s number, once we spoke and met with Aldo we were so glad she did. Aldo is an amazing realtor. He’s not just there to make a sale. He tells you things the average person doesn’t think about, whether you’re buying or selling. Aldo sold our house, and once it was sold Aldo was there for us, getting us into our next house. The buying and selling process were fast and seamless! Aldo’s knowledge and resources were amazing. I would highly recommend Aldo if buying or selling a home is in your near future!

The Esposito Team went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our family home. From the moment Joe met with the family through to helping us navigate offers and conditions, and finally possession date for the new owners, Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and insightful.
