We have the highest opinions of Joe and Mirella Esposito after purchasing a property through them. From the very beginning, they made the effort to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for. They didn't ever make us feel like we were taking up or wasting their time, even when finding the right property began to take a little longer than I had initially hoped. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the property we bought and didn't pressure us to jump into anything. As we began the process of making an offer, they worked hard to ensure every detail was taken care of and were quite reassuring when we experienced stress over the condition removal period. We felt they went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were as prepared as we could be as we plan to rent out this property.We found them extremely courteous and friendly. We would recommend them above any real estate agents we have worked with in the past.

We want to thank you so much for everything that you did during the entire process of selling our home. Before we had decided on which realtor would sell our home, we had a few come over & evaluate our home. The realtors that we had come through did not treat our property as OUR HOME but as a piece of inventory that needed to be moved quickly & therefore devalued the price of the home considerably and told us that they would continue to drop the price of the home so that it sold quickly; consumed with price and how fast they could sell it. Most did not care about the area that we lived in and the uniqueness of the neighbourhood. Meeting you was a wonderful experience and if we ever had to buy or sell a home again, it would be with you. You saw the entire & you listened to our concerns & we worked as a team & in the end we sold our home for close to list price, at the price we wanted. You made the entire experience very professional & personal and we thoroughly enjoyed working with you.

From the first meeting with Mirella. We found her to be very helpful and considerate to our needs. When she was asked to negotiate she did this with the ultimate professionalism and always to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the buying/selling of houses. Thank you both for everything you have done for us. We are very excited as we envision great things on the property in a couple of years! It was a true pleasure working with dedicated people who we felt were very patient & experienced and were able to help us with the many questions we had, as well as facilitating how to approach the city and how to rent out portions of the property. When you were unsure, you always checked things out and put us in touch with the right people. In addition, we never felt that we were pressured into making our decision and we believe that you asked us really good questions along the way to help us. Mirella, you were always so good about running everything by us, giving us updates, as well as following up on things and making all of the steps seamless. As a first time homebuyer I entered the market with trepidation. After first thinking I could be my own realtor and soon after realizing what a mistake that would be, I was very concerned about finding a realtor I could trust. Thanks to some good friends I was put in touch with Mirella. She guided me expertly through the entire process, even putting up with the fact that I was on the fence as to what I really wanted, but she helped me with that as well. Her level of professionalism, work ethic, market knowledge, honesty, integrity and genuine desire to serve her clients well and get them the absolutely best deal possible were all extremely impressive and I thank her for it. She is very personable and easy to work with but at the same time I'm glad I didn't have to sit across from her at the bargaining table. She believes very strongly in negotiating hard for her clients. I ended up with my dream property at a price I think is a steal. I would recommend Mirella to anyone.

Mirella and Joe Esposito provided exceptional service in helping us find our first home and investment property. This is now the second time we have worked with them after the sale of our custom family home property in Sturgeon County. Joe & Mirella were committed to helping us find exactly what we were looking for and in our preferred neighborhood. We were extremely satisfied with the purchase of our infill property in Forest Heights. Had it not been for the rigorous search The Espo Team undertook we would not have found the property we did. The Esposito's make the perfect team. We began by viewing properties with Joe. He truly listened to the needs of our family and only showed us homes that were a fit. Additionally, he helped us find quality construction, smart layouts and superior building materials. We utilized Joe's knowledge of home maintenance & repair and his ability to recognize and evaluate homeowner expenses. As we viewed properties, he identified items that may require repair, advised us on timelines and suggested approximate costs. Mirella is a skillful and principled negotiator. Throughout the process, we felt well represented & completely supported; she was always on our side. In both the purchase and sale of our properties, her style was upfront, direct yet kind. Her skill and experience negotiating worked to save us money while ensuring that all parties were treated with integrity. Aldo adds value to the team with his knowledge, market awareness and contemporary outlook. He took flattering photos of our property, prepared promotional material and made valuable suggestions that led to the quick sale of our home. The team compliments one another and is highly coordinated in their efforts! We have now sold and purchased four properties with The Esposito Team. We cannot say enough good things about working with Mirella Esposito, and the Esposito Team. Mirella came highly recommended from some friends who had worked with her multiple times. At the time, we were on the fence about whether or not to use a realtor; a realtor seemed convenient but we did not see how a realtor could deliver enough value to justify the cost. We decided to give Mirella a chance and she changed our minds by proving us wrong. Working with Mirella showed us the value of working with an experienced realtor. I have used Sheldon twice now for selling a condo and transitioning in to a house. He provided a level of service that helped my condo sell in a very short period.
