Joe sold our house in early spring of 2019. He had really good points about staging our house and appraised it at the right price. We were able to get an offer on the first viewing. The Esposito team is efficient, dedicated, and experienced in their profession. The professional photos of our house were phenomenal and really highlighted its features. Joe can deliver what he promises.

As we began our journey to find a place for our daughter to live while attending university and not knowing where to start, we were connected with Aldo through a family member. After speaking with Aldo and giving him a list of our criteria, he was able to send us numerous listings to look through and choose from. Everything we looked at met our criteria and many had added “bonuses” we would never really had thought of. He was very honest about the pros and cons of the various properties and once we decided on the one for us, Aldo worked hard to get us the best purchase price possible and we came in way under budget. We will definitely work with Aldo again and recommend him if anyone is looking for a property, especially for a university student.

My father passed away as he lived in Edmonton and I live in Kelowna BC. My friend and realtor here Jackie Bradford With Century 21 here in Kelowna BC searched out a lot of Realtors in Edmonton. I needed someone I could trust and be there when I needed them. Jackie made many calls and emails to Realtors in Edmonton and Mirella Esposito got back to Jackie right away. The others did days later and some not at all. I called Mirella and she was so understanding and was very knowledgeable about selling my dad's house, probate, and working with my Estate Lawyer. I knew nothing about the Alberta laws and the market but Mirella walked me through all the way. She went above and beyond for me, taking a lot of time out of her schedule for me. The best part was when we were negotiating how she wanted me to get me MORE money as a seller. I was happy with what we were getting, but she asked me; Tara, do you trust me? And yes I did. Mirella got a lot more for the house than I ever could have on my own. She knew exactly what she was doing. The house sold within 2 weeks and closed fast. Mirella was always there for me. I’ve bought and sold a few places here in BC and know there are some not-so-good Realtors around. But I got blessed with Mirella Esposito from Century 21 in Edmonton. Mirella helped us Super last minute with a home purchase early this year, and then helped us quickly sell our house.. it had an offer within the first 7 days of being listed! Wow is about what sums up the Esposito Team. Marketing like no other, 38 viewings in 36 days. In today’s market is simply unheard of. Sold for list price on the 37th day of listing. Aldo looked after us with precise updates feedback and staging suggestions. I fully recommend the Esposito Team if you want to sell in a timely fashion and for MAXIMUM $$$$$$. Can’t thank Aldo and the Team for marketing our home the best way possible.
