We recently bought our first home and couldn't be happier with the result. Joe and Mirella helped us tremendously by guiding us towards a home we envisioned. After ten years on our acreage and with our son in full time attendance at university, it was time to move into the city. For this venture we had the luxury of time, as we were not responding to work place pressures to choose a home within the time-frame specified by our employer. With this approach, we had an opportunity to meet a number of Realtors in viewing homes before we met Joe. He was head-and-shoulders above the rest and became our trusted ally in the search for our new home. We bought and sold our homes through Mirella and Joe Esposito. They were professional, dedicated and very thorough and it showed in results as our previous home was sold in less than 2 weeks at virtually our asking price. In November, I found a job somewhere else, but Edmonton. We new we will have to sell our Edmonton house as soon as possible. I searched the Internet for a realtor and I found Mirella Esposito's website. I liked the way the website looked and I called her. The rest is history. How lucky we were. Mirella explained us what she though was the present marketing value of our house in the first meeting. We were surprised; we did not expect to sale our house with the price somebody else recommended. I remember she said it is all about timing If you want to sell quickly, this is the price I recommend. If you are not in a hurry to sale, you can tell me the price you want in the market for the house to be sold. Thank you Mirella, you nailed it! I have never work with somebody so professional like Mirella. We listed the house and in less than one month it was sold. Wow! It was very clear to us that Mirella and Joe are a wonderful team; otherwise the final result would have been different.

Like many young couples, my wife and I jumped in the adventure of home ownership with excitement but also nervousness. Having never sold a property before, it would have been safe to say that I was quite unsure of how the entire process would play out. Luckily, I had Joe and Mirella to walk me through every step. The part I liked best about dealing with them was their crystal clear explanations of every question I had as well as how quickly they were in getting back to me. Whether it was email, text, or a quick phone call, they were very prompt in their replies and I never once felt out of the loop. At the end of the day, Mirella was actually able to get me more than I was expecting for my property and I couldn’t be happier. I am looking forward to the New Year when I will definitely be getting back in touch with Joe and Mirella to help me scout out the market and find my next home. Thanks again guys!

Sheldon was fantastic! We moved from BC to Alberta and had a heck of a time finding a place as we could only look for a couple of days then return. The market was hopping and we weren't able to land on the property we wanted while we were in AB but Sheldon toured us through some alternates virtually and we went with one of them and got it! A fantastic experience all around and we're thrilled with our new home. He took our concerns into consideration and answered all our dumb questions with kindness and thoroughness. Buying our first home initially seemed like a daunting task. We weren't sure of all the steps that needed to be taken to buy a house, but Joe helped us out from the start by explaining the house buying process. Mirella always made us feel like we were her most important client, and that was a great feeling knowing someone genuinely is looking out for what is best for you and your family and honestly wants the best for your family. Mirella not only listened to what we wanted but also took an honest interest in our children's opinions and their thoughts. Very quickly she no longer felt like our real estate agent, she felt like a friend. Someone we trusted and relied on quite heavily at times. Chad and I were both first-time home buyers and were very apprehensive about the entire home-buying process. We had been looking at houses/listings for months on our own and had no luck. As first time real estate investors, it was great to have a realtor that took the time to show us numerous properties in our price range, indicate what type of rent we would likely get for that property, and what pit falls to avoid going forward.
