Both my husband and I have known Joe Esposito for several years now and recently had the pleasure of working with him to find a home. Meeting Joe Esposito was a wonderful experience, he was so helpful and was always there to answer any questions we had. We looked at many, many houses in our search to find a great home and Joe was always willing to schedule the showings for the houses we found and was very quick to get us any information we requested on the homes. Mirella not only helped us sell our house but also buy our house, all in a very short period of time. She was easy to get a hold of, and when we couldn't get a hold of her and had to leave a message, she always responded quickly and most importantly with answers! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the market but also the fine facts on how to present offers to make your offer look that much stronger then the rest (we were in multiple offers when buying and it was ours that was accepted). She also has a great reputation in the real estate world that works to the consumer's advantage when having her represent you. She is respectful, hard working and there wasn't a time we didn't doubt she wasn't working for us. I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone but Mirella! HIGHLY HIGHLY would recommend her!

In the summer, we decided we wanted to look into the idea of buying a rental property so we contacted Joe. We are so happy we had Joe as our realtor, but he truly was a mentor to us. We wanted to start small as this was our first experience in buying property for the purpose of renting, but this did not stop Joe from treating us like we were his top client. Over coffee, phone calls and email, Joe was always connected with us, and his passion for what he does equals his knowledge. Mirella and Joe Esposito went above and beyond in helping us downsize. Through their tireless efforts we were able to both sell our home and find the perfect smaller home that we were unable to find on our own. We were able to purchase a home that was not finished, and they both worked on our behalf with the builder to get the finishes, flooring, cabinetry etc. that we chose. They worked tirelessly to sell our previous home, and were able to price it at a point where we were very satisfied. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did, Mirella and Joe would be the ONLY realtors we would contact . They each have unique talents that compliment each other so well that we can't say enough about our positive experience in dealing with them throughout the entire process.

Sheldon was extremely pleasant and informative and I knew we would be using his services when the search began in earnest a few months later. He helped us purchase our new condo and then helped us with our home sale. Joe is an outstanding realtor. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. My husband and I called Joe out twice to list our condo and both times he was honest with us and told us that it was not financially a good idea for us to list. He was kind, honest and very professional and went against something that would help him because it would not benefit us as his clients. We can tell that Joe is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and cares about the job he does. In all correspondence with Joe he was always very prompt and efficient at getting back to me.
