Mirella and the Esposito team are amazing! They were recommended to us by a handful of people, and after our first meeting with Mirella we could see why. As soon as our home hit the market we were flooded with showings and within 48hrs we had multiple offers! We ended up selling for over list price and their team made the whole process painless! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We can't thank Joe enough for all of his assistance in selling our home!! From the initial phone call and meeting to discuss our home evaluation, we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and straightforward feedback that he provided. Joe provided tremendous assistance in detailing what we should fix and repair prior to listing our home to help increase the property value which translated into our house selling in less than 24 hours with multiple offers significantly over our asking price (and this is during a pandemic!). Each step of the way, Joe kept us in the loop and was very responsive in all communications and answered any questions that we had. I can’t say enough good things about Sheldon. He expertly guided me away from costly pitfalls; was highly responsive to my (many) messages; was accommodating in timelines for looking at properties; made complex processes easy to understand; and never once passed me off to a colleague. When purchasing my new home, Sheldon’s sleuthing and offer strategy also saved me $15k, so definitely not mad about that! If you’re looking for a Realtor who’s unfailingly kind, honest, and hard-working, you can’t go wrong with Sheldon. He really is a magician.

We were struggling to sell with another realtor. We had been on market for 80 days and were starting to think we would never sell. We switched Realtors to The Esposito Team based on some reviews. Aldo came prepared with comparatives for our place, a solid marketing plan and answers to every question we had. In addition to being a failed listing, we back onto a dog food plant which is not ideal for most. He had an offer for us for full list price in less than 48 hours. Even BETTER is that he got us a back up offer for full list price a few days later. This team is incredible and is unmatched in the Edmonton area. They are honest, personable, charismatic and excel at communication. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. If they can't sell your place - no one can!!

After a failed listing in 2019 with a different Realtor, we saw the quick sale of a neighbours house that had been listed with The Esposito Team and after viewing their FB page we were immediately impressed with their social media platform and their superb marketing. When we decided to test the markets this year we contacted Aldo who came armed to our meeting with concrete market evaluations to help us come up with a listing price that was competitive but also left us feeling like we were getting fair market value for our house in a tough real estate market. Just 4 days after listing on our very first showing we received an offer which we accepted! Aldo was amazing throughout the process! Will definitely be using his services again as we move into searching for our perfect forever home! 110% recommend!

This review is long overdue, but well deserved. My wife and I worked with Joe Esposito while we shopped for a new place to live. He was incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, and most of all... honest. When I enter a potential property to purchase, I am not looking for my realtor to sell me on the home. I want their honest opinion on the home's value relative to the area, their concerns around the construction of the home and the real estate market in that area, and their opinion on whether or not the list price is higher than the value of the home. Should I put in an offer, I want to know if I'm offering more than a home is worth and I want my realtor's best efforts to get me the best price. Joe delivered on all fronts, in spades. I have worked with over 20 realtors in my life and can confidently say that Joe was the absolute best.

My wife and I we’re absolute novices when it came to putting our first house on the market, and even buying homes as ours was sold to us by our parents. In today’s insane market we were extremely worried to miss out on capitalizing on selling our house and what that would that mean trying to find our forever home, specially with my insane work schedule and very pregnant wife; Buying and selling our homes with Mirella has been without out a doubt, one of the easiest and stress-free processes we’ve ever had. She led us through staging our house, securing our finances, finding a lawyer, and everything else we’ve needed to know, at all hours of the day, even silly questions we probably should’ve known, but didn’t. Mirella Esposito was a delight to work with. She provided great suggestions for improving the property before listing, did a a excellent job of staging and photos, and was in constant contact as the house was shown. Mirella suggested a higher listing price than we originally expected and then negotiated well on my behalf with the seller's agent to get an agreement that was above my expectations.

Aldo and his team were extremely impressive and got the job done when others couldn’t. My house was listed for over 4 months with a different agent when I decided not to renew and approached the Esposito team instead. From the very beginning Aldo put my mind at ease and presented a laidback confidence. He really took the time to understand the nuances and background of my situation, and gave great thoughtful advice throughout the process. Dealing with an uncooperative co-owner is never easy and my stress level was at the max, but in Aldo’s capable hands, the situation was managed professionally and efficiently.
