We recently purchased a house with the help of Aldo, from the Esposito Team. We are military and moving from Europe, so it was important to have someone dedicated to us for the short time frame our house-hunting trip gives us to find the right house. Aldo managed to dedicate his time for us, sorted through our listings, weeding out the ones that were not worth our time, and adding some interesting ones in the process. In the end, we ended up purchasing a house that we had missed in our searches but that Aldo had added to our list. He drafted for us a solid offer, which helped us bring the sellers really close to our terms. Aldo was punctual, polite, asked the good questions and feedback to keep the hunt in line. But, most importantly, he did not harass us when the bank dragged their feet and our financing was taking a little longer than usual.
