I can’t say enough good things about Sheldon. We were struggling to sell with another realtor. We had been on market for 80 days and were starting to think we would never sell. We switched Realtors to The Esposito Team based on some reviews. Aldo came prepared with comparatives for our place, a solid marketing plan and answers to every question we had. In addition to being a failed listing, we back onto a dog food plant which is not ideal for most. He had an offer for us for full list price in less than 48 hours. Even BETTER is that he got us a back up offer for full list price a few days later. This team is incredible and is unmatched in the Edmonton area.
