Joe worked tirelessly to help us (and we were out of town buyers). Buying without being local to go see new listings is challenging, but Joe kept up helping us with getting back with quick information, remote viewings and teeing up viewings the few times we were able to drive in to Edmonton. Very knowledgeable about areas and home construction (it helped us avoid certain problem houses). After about a couple dozen home views, we were able to get a nice bungalow that suited our needs. Recommended for sure.

Emma is truly an amazing realtor to work with. I never once felt like I was being sold on a property that we didn't want and I'm not easily sold on anything. She accommodated our busy work schedules, found ways to get viewing quickly, including in the evening hours after work. Her knowledge of what to look out for was immensely helpful as we are first time home buyer and she put ours minds at ease. She listened to our concerns about each properties and really honed in on what we were looking for. We couldn't have found our first property without Emma's hard work. The house was barely on the market 24 hours before it sold. This is our first property but surely not our last. See you next time!

As someone who has moved frequently and dealt with buying and selling homes, I’ve worked with several realtors in the past—but Mirella is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever had.She came highly recommended by a friend who wasn’t even her client! He had attended a few viewings with her as an emotional support to his friend and described Mirella as “a shark” (in the best way possible) because of how fierce and on top of everything she was. When I was searching for a realtor, my friend told me, “You want Mirella on your side.” And he couldn’t have been more right.Unlike previous realtors I’ve worked with—where I felt I had to do most of the research—Mirella asked all the right questions to help me envision what my ideal home would look and feel like. When I first reached out to her, I was going through a separation. It was a challenging time; I felt like my world was falling apart and I didn’t have the energy to advocate for myself. When Aldo walked into my elderly Mother in-law's home, I knew he would be the perfect fit as a Realtor for her. He spoke with confidence and loudly enough so that she had no problem hearing him. It was obvious he has been around the elderly and knows how to treat them with kindness and respect, offering good sound advice without insulting her. The sale went very smoothly with 4 offers within 3 days all above asking price and one with no conditions. My Mother-in-law was over the moon impressed with Aldo and will give him six Stars all round:). Thank-you Aldo, we will definitely use you in the future.
