After meeting with a few other Realtors, the choice was clear to me who I should be choosing to represent me as a buyer. Mirella was accessible for any questions I had, and had a consistent habit of going above and beyond her role as my representative in providing me with the best contacts for many other steps in the home purchasing process, such as mortgage specialists, real estate law firms, and home inspectors. Any friends needing a realtor will be given her information, and any future needs of mine or my family will be offered to no one but her. Sheldon Cassavant TRULY IS A MAGICIAN. Both onstage AND as a realtor. I had always dreamed of owning a home, and Sheldon helped make it a reality - PAINLESSLY! He understood quickly what we were REALLY looking for in our forever home and made sure to point out possible things of concern with homes we were viewing - he was educating as he went! Sheldon truly was with us every step of the way and negotiated like a champ (pretty sure he saved us an extra 5-10 grand). The Esposito Team approached selling our house with patience, compassion and full commitment, which was very important to us. My house sold in approximately 3 weeks in a depressed housing market, and they made our family feel like a true part of the process. They worked extremely hard in staging, photographing, and advertising my house. They made themselves available 24 hours/day plus provided me with amazing support and we felt well respected throughout the process. As a military member, getting posted is stressful enough on top of having to find a place to live fairly quickly. Aldo went above and beyond my expectations and made the home buying process the smoothest part of our entire move. We found a great house on the first day and after that, Aldo handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with how fast he responded to any questions we had and he always ensures he makes all the time you need when you need it. I will definitely be using Aldo's services when it comes time to move again and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially military members.

Losing my father suddenly and helping my mother to downsize was no easy task. Mirella immediately put my Mom at ease with her genuine kindess, compassion and understanding. We have had a great experience working with Joe to find us our first home from beginning to end. It took around 4 months of searching for homes, going for many viewings, and a few unsuccessful offers before we found our ideal home. During this confusing and at times stressful process, he answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and put us at ease. He was always professional, patient and we never felt pressured. Mirella listed our home and had it sold above list price with 2 weeks! The negotiations on the sale went very smoothly. Her expertise in facilitating sales is amazing. We then shopped for a home and they went up and above their call of duty to accommodate showings and always came prepared with the latest sales stats on the neighborhood and details on the properties we looked at. They were very experienced, organized and skilled in making sure that we got the best deal possible on our new home.
