Excelsior Loft is a New York style loft in the middle of downtown Edmonton’s Warehouse District. Formerly The Miller Building, this former warehouse was converted to residential condominiums in 1994, becoming Edmonton’s first loft housing development. With open floor plans, exposed brick, concrete beams, and 14’ ceilings, Excelsior Loft is one of Edmonton’s most unique lofts to call home. Built in 1951.
