Aldo came prepared with comparables for our place, a solid marketing plan and answers to every question we had. In addition to being a failed listing, we back onto a dog food plant which is not ideal for most. He had an offer for us for full list price in less than 48 hours. Even BETTER is that he got us a back up offer for full list price a few days later. This team is incredible and is unmatched in the Edmonton area. They are honest, personable, charismatic and excel at communication. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. If they can't sell your place - no one can!!
