Mirella not only helped us sell our house but also buy our house, all in a very short period of time. She was easy to get a hold of, and when we couldn't get a hold of her and had to leave a message, she always responded quickly and most importantly with answers! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the market but also the fine facts on how to present offers to make your offer look that much stronger then the rest (we were in multiple offers when buying and it was ours that was accepted). She also has a great reputation in the real estate world that works to the consumer's advantage when having her represent you.
