Britnell<\/a> is a newer development in the northeastern area of Edmonton, Alberta. Previously an agricultural use area, construction in the neighbourhood began in the early 2000s. \u00a0With its family-friendly atmosphere, diverse real estate options, and convenient amenities, Brintnell<\/a> offers residents a vibrant and welcoming community to call home. Each neighbourhood in the Pilot Sound area of Edmonton is named after well known pilots. Brintnell was used in honour of Wilfred Leigh Brintnell who was one of the Pilots known for his flights into unchartered areas.<\/p>\n

The unique circular design of the area creates arterial roadways along the exterior of the area with a loop and cul de sac design within the interior. Residents have easy access to Manning Drive through 160 Ave which leads to many main roadways for easy commutes within the city. \u00a0It is bounded by 167 Avenue to the north, 153 Avenue to the south, Manning Drive to the east and 50 Street to the west.<\/p>\n
